Heater plate
When Redmond, Polaris or Philips will not heat, we measure plate resistance and contact with the pot; overheating often follows burnt residue on the plate face.

If a multicooker will not heat or shows a display error, the technician checks the heater plate and the temperature sensor under the pot.
In student kitchens we test the board on bowl-sensor error codes on the display.
In the eastern university belt we match the dorm block to the gate pass number.

How the visit works
When Redmond, Polaris or Philips will not heat, we measure plate resistance and contact with the pot; overheating often follows burnt residue on the plate face.
Display errors and aborted programs on Moulinex, Panasonic or Tefal need an NTC check under the pot and a flex inspection before sensor replacement.
Steam from under the lid or lost pressure means we clean the valve and check the gasket and lock on Bosch, Scarlett, Vitek or Kitfort.

If the multicooker turns on but won't heat, or heating is very weak — the heating element has likely failed. The technician removes the bowl, checks element resistance with a multimeter, inspects contacts and the temperature sensor. If needed, we replace the element with a compatible or original part.
Heating element replacement from 150,000 UZS depending on model. Work is done on site in 1–2 hours. We explain why the element failed (scale from water, voltage spike) and how to extend the appliance's life: don't pour cold water into a hot bowl, use a voltage stabilizer.
Tell us the model and symptoms — we'll advise on a home visit and prepare for diagnostics.
