If radiators stay lukewarm, the boiler is slow to heat, or it short-cycles — scale in the heat exchanger is a common cause. It cuts heat transfer, raises gas consumption, and can overheat the unit.

On diagnostics the technician flushes the primary and secondary exchangers, checks temperature sensors and the return filter. We agree the scope and price before cleaning starts.

If the boiler won't start, there is no ignition, a gas smell, or an ionization fault — we check the gas valve, electrodes, and control board.

The technician measures inlet gas pressure, spark, ionization current, and joint tightness. Valve or electrode replacement is offered only after diagnostics and your approval.

Falling pressure, cold radiators with the boiler running, or circuit noise often point to the circulation pump, expansion vessel, or airlocks.

The technician checks system and vessel pressure, bleeds the circuit, and tests the pump and three-way valve. Repair or replacement is quoted before work begins.
